Q: How old do I have to be to join?
A: If you are between the ages of 14-16 years old you are able to attend the gym. This requires a consent form that needs to be authorised by a Parent/Legal Guardian which includes 2 compulsory and mandatory personal training sessions to be completed. From the ages of 14-16 you will be excluded from the weights area and the Les Mills Bodypump classes as it is not considered safe for a body that is still growing unless supervised by a Definition Health Club Personal Trainer. For this very reason 14-16 yr olds are not allowed in the gym on a free day pass or casual entry fee. At 16 years of age you are welcome to use the gym independantly.

Any enquires / bookings can be made at reception and our Swim School Coordinator will get back to you swiftly.
