I became a qualified personal trainer in October 2006. I specialize in muscle development, fat loss and fitness conditioning. My qualifications are certificate 3 & 4 in fitness, white collar boxing accredited and I have first aid too, just in case. Ask one of the friendly staff at reception to book in at the front desk.


Tracey Walker

Tracey has over 10 years experience working within the industry. Her passion for knowledge, health and fitness has led her to the USA and Europe to further her studies and bring back some of the best training methods to Perth. She has trained with some of the world’s best known strength and conditioning coaches, including Charles Poliquin, Milos Sarcev and Monica Brant. Tracey has also featured in Women’s Health and Fitness Australia Magazine.

Her qualifications include:

Cert 3&4 in Fitness, BioSignature, BioSignature CE, PIMST (Poliquin Instant Muscle Strengthening Techniques), PICP L1-3, Trigenics, PICP Special Considerations Series (training females and children), Olympic Lifting, Pilates APMA L1 Matwork and equipment, Nutrition, Poliquin Fatloss and Hypertrophy Internships.

Her specialities include training for fat loss, rehabilitation and hypertrophy.
