This interval training program is fiercely energetic and is inspired by mixed martial arts! Body Combat draws from karate, kung fu, boxing, taekwondo and muay thai to name a few. Supported by driving music, you will strike, punch, kick and kata your way through a lot of calories to superior cardio fitness.

PLEASE NOTE: If you are new this program, you might feel a little intimidated BUT our motivating instructors will teach you the names of all of the upper body and lower body strikes. This program is for all fitness levels, we provide high options if you want a little more push and we also provide low options if you need to bring it back a little.
