The Body Step program is a full body cardio workout that uses the LES MILLS SmartTech equipment. In this class you will use simple movements on, over and around the step. The cardio blocks will push fat burning systems into high gear followed by muscle conditioning tracks that will shape and tone your butt and thighs.
