Pilates is a body conditioning routine that can help build up your flexibility, muscle strength and endurance in the legs, abdominals, arms, hips and back. Pilates puts emphasis on spinal and pelvic alignment, breathing and developing a strong core or center and helps to improve coordination and balance.

Our gym is situated in Bull Creek, making it an ideal location for those people who live in the southern suburbs of Perth. Our Pilates classes are ideal for both beginners and advanced members.
