This is a 45 minute indoor cycling workout (RPM Xtreme is 1 hour). Take on the terrain with your inspiring team coach who will lead the pack through hills, flats, mountain peaks, speed work and interval training. Discover your athlete within – sweat and burn to reach your endorphin high!
This program is self regulated interval training – you will push hard, then rest, push hard, then rest. You are in control of your resistance the whole time.
